Terms and Conditions

Chimney King custom chimney caps are made to order for the special size of each chimney and the special finish that suits your project. Due to the custom nature of our product, we are unable to offer refunds after 48 hours of placing an order. Please ensure all information submitted with your order is detailed and accurate.

Orders placed with Chimney King for custom chimney caps may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order. After 48 hours, all orders are final. No refunds, no pro-rated refunds, no refunds less stocking charges.

Normally orders require a 100% payment by Credit Card, Check, or Cash.

Orders always require at least a 50% minimum payment, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the order here in our shop (prior to shipment).

We will email a photograph of the completed cap upon request before shipment.

If you wish to cancel an order for any reason, within the 48 hour period, please contact us by phone as quickly as possible at: (847) 244-8860, by email: sales@chimneyking.com, or through our contact page.

If you have purchased a chimney cap which is incorrect due to customer error, we will work with you to get the correct cap at a discounted price as quickly as possible.
